The Maxwell Institute has been compiling a digital collection of 19th-century publications about the Book of Mormon, referred to as the "Kirkham Project" in honor of Dr. Francis Kirkham. It's a fantastic resource that I'm using for my book, "Moroni's History."
The collection is formally known as "19th Century Publications about the Book of Mormon (1829-1844) at this link: http://contentdm.lib.byu.edu/cdm/search/collection/BOMP/
There is a lot of great material in here, so thanks to the Maxwell Institute for assembling it.
